We are pleased to report the results of the police investigation concerning Mr. Seong-Hoon Cheon, a professional football player for Daejeon Hana Citizen FC in the K League and formerly with FC Augsburg in the Bundesliga.

All allegations of sexual misconduct have been dismissed by the police. The police decided not to refer the case to the prosecutor’s office.

The accusations of rape, indecent assault, and illegal filming were proven to be entirely unfounded. Objective evidence confirmed that all acts were consensual, with no element of coercion or force involved.

Our firm has filed criminal complaints for false accusation, blackmail, and defamation against the opposing party, and we are pursuing follow-up legal actions.
