MBC placed its trust in SON & Partners to handle this highly sensitive and high-profile matter, and our firm fully met those expectations by securing the result the client sought.

Our firm, representing MBC, filed a criminal complaint against the former CEO of an MBC affiliate, alleging multiple acts of breach of duty (embezzlement) committed during his tenure.

Based on extensive evidence collection, we filed both criminal and civil actions.

Following more than three years of detailed investigation and rigorous court proceedings, the court ultimately found the former CEO guilty.
